Job Summary
Cribs2Crayons Early Learning & Resource Center is looking for dependable, caring, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our growing childcare team!
We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with children, have a positive attitude, and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Supervise children and maintain a safe environment.
- Support age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
- Assist with meals, snacks, diaper changes, toileting, and rest periods.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Follow center policies, safety procedures, and Iowa childcare regulations.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and management.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Enjoy working with children of various ages.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
- Must meet applicable Iowa childcare employment requirements, including required background checks and training.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time schedules available. Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview.
